Shin Kim is the founder of G2G ADVISOR, is dedicated to fostering meaningful transformation and advancement not only in the business success of leaders and entrepreneurs but also in their personal lives. With over 30 years of global business and investment experience, he has built a career and reputation based on supporting and collaborating with a diverse array of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and institutional investors. He is committed to providing practical advice and vision to outstanding leaders who strive for long-term goals and embody an entrepreneurial spirit.

Shin previously served as a Partner at StepStone Group (Nasdaq: STEP), where he was the founding partner for its North Asia business for nine years, and as the Head of Private Equity at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for 6 years. Throughout his career, Shin has been a self-motivated professional, often being the only Korean in global business institutions at that time. His enduring passion lies in discovering and fostering collaborations between the East and the West since 1990’s when he worked in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

Before founding G2G ADVISOR, Shin gained invaluable experience at a global webtoon platform startup, wearing multiple hats—including CIO, CFO, CSO, and COO—while tackling extensive tasks in a fast-paced environment. This journey ultimately expanded into playing a pivotal role as a bridge connecting the digital entertainment industry in North Asia with the global venture capital industry.

With extensive experience in private equity and venture/growth as both an LP and GP, Shin leverages his global network and entrepreneurial acumen to deliver meaningful impact and value to clients.

Your 1st Step: Initial Contact

In your email, kindly include the following details:
A brief introduction about yourself and your business.
The type of support or services you’re seeking (e.g., specific expertise or areas of collaboration).
Your objectives and the results you aim to achieve.
Your office address and contact information (phone number).
Step 2: Email Response
G2G will reply within one to two weeks, depending on the urgency and complexity of your request.
Step 3: Introduction Call
We will set up an introductory call (similar to an interview) to discuss your needs in more detail.
Step 4: Project Decision
If G2G decides to take on the project, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting as a kick-off meeting.
Step 5: Advisory Agreement
The client and G2G will sign a straightforward advisory agreement that outlines key terms, including:

Advisory fee budget and travel expenses
